Submissions
Submissions are due by 10 January 2024
Submit your abstract via the Call for Abstracts portal.
All Submissions must include the following information:
- Speaker Biography or Biographies (limit of 100 words)
- Abstract Submission (limit of 300 words)
- Key Audience Takeaway (limit of 25 words)
- Any AV Requirements required for your presentation
Session Formats
- Campfire (20 min session)
The 20-minute campfire sessions encourage open and informal discussions on a chosen topic in a relaxed and interactive setting. Connect with a group of fellow campers, share insights and exchange ideas while metaphorically toasting marshmallows.
- Implementation (40 min session)
The 40-minute implementation sessions are engaging, interactive and practical opportunities for attendees. The presenter will share their expertise and experiences on a topic relevant to education, and provide practical ideas, approaches, key learnings and resources to further support schools with implementing similar initiatives relevant to their context.
- Power chats (20 min session)
The 20-minute power chats are delivered as a short, engaging presentation or workshop, focused on a specific topic with actionable insights, to spark curiosity and further learning.
- Panel or Presentation (40 min session)
The 40-minute panel discussions and seminars feature expert insights and engaging discussions on a compelling conference key theme.

Review Process
All abstracts received will be reviewed and selected by the Conference Committee, who will determine if abstracts are accepted.
Speakers will be notified via email once all abstracts have been reviewed regarding the status of their abstract.
