Speaker Conditions

  • Upon acceptance, the primary contact must confirm acceptance and submit any outstanding information by the date requested by the event organiser.
  • The primary contact agrees to be the point of contact in the pre-planning of the conference program. If the abstract is accepted, they are responsible for informing the additional speakers (if applicable) of relevant information pertaining to the conference.
  • Speakers are kindly requested to submit their presentation slides in advance (date to be provided).
  • Speakers agree to participate in a briefing session prior to the conference at an agreed date.
  • The primary contact agrees to promptly inform the event organiser of any changes to the presentation content or speaker information as soon as such changes are known.
  • Speakers are not permitted to engage in direct promotion or marketing of any products or services during their presentations.
  • Speakers will need to meet their own travel and accommodation costs.
